  3. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method you choose and your location. Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 days, while express shipping may arrive in 1-2 days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

  5. International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and other charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  6. Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also cannot ship to countries or regions where jewelry imports are prohibited by law.

  7. Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
