Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our jewelry store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at orojoyeriaa@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the jewelry is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom-made or personalized jewelry. Also, any item(s) that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
